Hertz Names Mike Moore as New COO

Hertz Global Holdings, a leading global car rental company, announced that Mike Moore has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer with direct, end-to-end responsibility for all fleet operations. Mike Moore joined Hertz in July 2024 as Executive Vice President Technical Operations. With over 25 years of experience in fleet operations and maintenance, Moore has expertise in operational oversight and implementing process improvements that drive cost efficiencies and enhance financial performance.

BDA Names Kelly Bengston as New COO

Bensussen Deutsch & Associates (BDA) announced the appointment of Kelly Bengston as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Bengston has more than 25 years of experience in the procurement and merchandising space and brings deep expertise in cross-functional enterprise collaboration at scale. Bengston joins BDA from CKE Restaurants, the parent organization for Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s, where she served as Chief Supply Chain Officer. Prior to that she spent 14 years at Starbucks in various supply chain and procurement roles, including senior vice president of supply chain operations and Chief Procurement Officer.
