Goldman Sachs Names David Dubner as COO of Global M&A

David Dubner

Goldman Sachs named David Dubner as chief operating officer of global mergers and acquisitions. In this COO role, Dubner will leverage his nearly two decades of experience at the firm to help develop and execute the firm’s strategy to grow its market-leading franchise.

Cigna Names Brian Evanko as New COO

Brian Evanko

Cigna Group has appointed Brian Evanko as president and COO of the company. Evanko has been serving as CEO of Cigna Healthcare since January 2024, with oversight of all Cigna Healthcare businesses. Evanko also serves as CFO of Cigna Group, a role he has held since 2021. In his new position, Evanko will oversee all of the company’s business lines.

Celsius Names Eric Hanson as New COO

Celsius Holdings Inc. has appointed Eric Hanson to be its president and chief operating officer. Hanson most recently served as senior vice president of Strategic Partnerships at PepsiCo Inc.  He will lead growth-driving functions at Celsius and is expected to unlock additional synergies with the company’s strategic partners.

Geisinger Names Megan Brosious as New COO

Megan Brosious has been appointed executive vice president and COO of Geisinger. She has been with Geisinger for 20 years, most recently serving as chief administrative officer of its central region.

Tim Hortons Names Naira Saeed as New COO

Tim Hortons® announced Naira Saeed as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), overseeing restaurant and field operations, franchising and development across Canada. Saeed began her career working in capital markets, including at the Bank of Canada, before joining Tim Hortons in 2017 as the brand’s Head of Finance. In the eight years since, Saeed has led a number of the teams responsible for restaurant operations, franchising and franchisee profitability.

Dairy Queen Names Art D’Elia as New COO

International Dairy Queen, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, has appointed Art D’Elia as its chief operating officer for the US and Canada. Before joining IDQ, D’Elia led Domino’s Pizza’s international business and served as chief marketing officer for seven years. He will oversee a team of 275 DQ employees in operations, training and marketing to drive financial performance, enhance franchisee sales and profits, and strengthen the DQ system’s growth.

USA Compression Names Chris Wauson as New COO

USA Compression Partners announced that Chris Wauson has been named the company’s new Chief Operating Officer. Wauson, currently Regional Vice President of Operations, has more than 25 years of operational and commercial experience in the natural gas compression industry.

Advantage Solutions Names Dean General as New COO

Advantage Solutions Inc., a leading provider of business solutions to consumer goods manufacturers and retailers, announced the appointment of Dean General as the new Chief Operating Officer of its Branded Services business unit. Dean is a seasoned retail executive with more than 30 years of experience at consumer goods companies, will oversee the Advantage business unit that serves as a strategic extension of consumer-packaged goods companies’ sales and marketing teams, with services that include selling to retailers, retail merchandising and omnichannel marketing.

Brown & Brown Names Stephen Hearn as New EVP and COO

Brown & Brown has appointed Stephen P. Hearn as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Hearn, who joined the company’s board in 2024, will step down from that role to focus on driving operational excellence and scaling growth.

Domino’s Names Joseph Jordan as New COO

Domino’s Pizza Inc. has named Joseph Jordan to the role of chief operating officer and president of Domino’s U.S. Jordan will oversee domestic operations and marketing, while expanding his existing oversight of global services to now include Domino’s technology.

HudsonAlpha Institute for Technology Names Russell Smith as New COO

HudsonAlpha Institute for Technology has named Russell Smith as its new Chief Operating Officer.  Smith will lead strategic operations for institutional growth of services, revenue and market expansion. He replaces Danny Windham, who is retiring.  Smith brings more than 25 years of professional experience in business transformation, operational excellence, market development and servant leadership to HudsonAlpha.
