Wonder Names Tony Hoggett as New COO
Delivery-focused food hall chain Wonder has hired the head of Amazon’s grocery store division as its COO. Tony Hoggett was SVP of worldwide grocery stores at Amazon for nearly three years, where he oversaw its high-tech Amazon Fresh and Amazon Go stores as well as Whole Foods.
Revature Names Tan Moorthy as New COO
Revature, a technology talent as a service provider, today announced the appointment of Tan Moorthy as its chief operating officer (COO). In this role, Moorthy will oversee Revature’s operations globally, including increasing efficiency to enhance both the client and employee experience. Moorthy has also joined Revature’s board of directors.
Heritage Financial Names Nicholas Bley as New COO
Heritage Financial Corporation, the holding company for Heritage Bank, has announced the appointment of Nicholas Bley as the new Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Heritage Bank. Bley, who has a 16-year tenure at JPMorgan Chase & Co., will also serve as the Executive Vice President of Heritage.

Carnival Cruise Line Names Peter Clarke as New COO
Carnival Cruise Line has announced the appointment of Peter Clarke as chief operations officer. Clarke, who is originally from Ireland, joins the cruise line from IHG Hotels & Resorts, where he was vice president of luxury and lifestyle hotel operations, Americas. He previously held similar positions at brands such as Hotel Indigo, Crowne Plaza, EVEN Hotels and Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts.
Indiana Fever Names Amber Cox as New COO
Amber Cox is Indiana Fever‘s chief operating officer and general manager. Cox was the COO for the Dallas Wings, overseeing ticket sales, partnerships, marketing, communications, broadcasting and community efforts. This season the team had seven sellouts and played at 97% capacity at College Park Center.
Keel Names John Geiger as New COO
Keel Holdings, LLC, a leader in heavy fabrication for the nuclear navy and broader defense industry, announced that John Geiger II has been named Chief Operating Officer. With over 20 years of experience in large-scale precision manufacturing, Geiger brings a wealth of expertise in program management, quality assurance, supply chain, welding, machining, and integration. Prior to assuming this role, he served as the President and COO at Merrill Technologies Group, which merged with Pegasus Steel and Metal Trades earlier this year to form Keel. In his new role, Geiger will oversee the ongoing vertical integration and capacity expansion to build upon Keel’s position as the leading advanced manufacturer for the nuclear navy, maritime defense and land, launch and surveillance markets.
Corgan Names Bob Rayes as New COO
The Dallas-based architecture and design firm Corgan has appointed Bob Rayes as chief operating officer and principal. Rayes previously served as Corgan’s chief information officer for nine years. In his new position, Rayes will manage expense and capital budgets, lead business planning, oversee operational efficiencies, and so much more. Rayes will also continue to lead all aspects of technology, including its acquisition, deployment, management, and security.
BigBear.ai Names Carl Napoletano as New COO
BigBear.ai announced the appointment of Carl Napoletano as Chief Operating Officer. Napoletano, who has been with the company since 2020, will assume his new responsibilities effective immediately and will continue to report directly to CEO Mandy Long.

Alan Scoggins, with over a decade of dedicated service, will now focus solely on his role as chief operating officer and relinquish the title of president. In the latter, Scoggins helped expand the healthcare network across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, as well as overseen the spin-off multiple companies. As COO, he will be tasked with managing joint venture relationships and overseeing key departments.
